JOINT RESEARCH PROJECT ON SUSTAINABILITY AND E-LEARNING IN HIGHER EDUCATION

Main Goal

Developing and supporting the co-operation in the framework of a joint project on sustainability and e-learning in higher education.

 

The objectives of the project:

1. To promote the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through higher education

2. To facilitate the extension and development of the ECO-Campus network for cooperation in the field of sustainable development, sustainability standards, as well as ‘greening the curricula’ of the contracting universities

3. To improve student learning through integration of the e-learning platform ECO-Campus

4. To enhance the quality of education for sustainable development, in particular for management, marketing and other non-environmental study programs, by providing online lectures on topics related to sustainability with the aim of ‘greening the curricula’ of the contracting universities,

5. To establish an enabling environment for the long-term implementation of the ECO-Campus within NMU

6. To promote ECO-Campus as a contribution for sustainable development
